Delilah Brumer is a junior at DPMHS. She is a member of the Student Advisory Board at HSI and is the Online Editor-in-Chief of her school newspaper, The Pearl Post. She is a member of the L.A. Mayor's Youth Council and is a Writegirl Bold Leader. She is her school's National Honor Society Vice President, Local School Leadership Council Secretary, Library Committee President and School Site Council Secretary. Her videos and articles have been published by PBS Newshour, Girls' Life Magazine and Best of SNO, among others. She also loves to write poetry and was a finalist for the 2021 L.A.
