On Dec. 5 on the EHS turf field, frosh-soph boys’ soccer faced off in a tough match against Capo Valley in Pool C of the seventh annual Aliso Cup tournament. The Chargers fought hard and defeated their opponents, 2-0, coming away with two more points for the overall contest. Edison currently holds the top spot in pool H, only three away from the overall highest score.

 The game featured close calls for both teams. A corner shot from Edison’s number 11 was met with a head bump from player 5. The ball bulleted towards the net, but it was caught by Capo’s goalie. 

Stay posted to see if the Chargers will take home the Aliso Cup for the second year running!
