With forecasts predicting the sequel to earn over $217 million during its opening weekend, it is safe to say that this movie will be just as, if not more, awesome as its predecessor (Bloomberg.com). Pitch Perfect 2

It is almost unbelievable to think that it has already been three years since Pitch Perfect-fever first swept across the nation, introducing a capella singing into mainstream culture and spawning countless “Cup Song” imitations. Finally, the Barden Bellas are returning to the big screen for Pitch Perfect 2. The sure to be “a ca-awesome” sequel features the collegiate a cappella group’s exploits as they enter an international competition.
