On Oct. 30, 2016, members of the Saint Joseph CHOC Club participated in the annual CHOC Walk in the Park at Disneyland.
The club participated in the walk to show their support for the Children’s Hospital of Orange County. The walk was about three miles long, going through Disneyland and California Adventure.
The CHOC Walk is known for starting very early in the morning, but that didn’t stop anyone! In total, nearly 15,000 people took part in the CHOC Walk to support this wonderful cause.
The CHOC foundation raised close to $3 million from the event. Although Team Jesters was small, they were mighty as they raised close to $3,000.
The Saint Joseph CHOC Club would like to give a special thank you to the club moderator Ms. Rosales and chaperone Mrs. Mah.
The event was a huge success and Team Jesters cannot wait to participate again next year!
