Billions of animals die each year in factory farms for human consumption. Animals are tortured in factory farms as if they are not living beings and have no response to pain.

Emily Wen is a sophomore in the Visual Arts Conservatory at the Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA). Having a profound passion for animal rights, she aspires to become a veterinarian. Emily is the Co-President and Newsletter Editor-in-Chief of OCSA's Future Health Professionals and Pre-Med (FHP) Club as well as the Co-Design and Co-Photography Editor of the OCSA Dreamscape Yearbook Team. Having been an artist for more than a decade, Emily has been recognized as a Scholastic Gold Key and Honorable Mention winner, Laguna Beach Festival of Arts 1st place winner, published artist, as well as a two-time nominee for "Most Talented Overall" in the Visual Arts Conservatory at OCSA. When Emily's not studying or sleeping, you may find her painting, snacking on Trader Joe's chips, or cuddling with her dog, Lily.
