Valentine’s Day is right around the corner… Oh wait, what about the people who are single? Well, Valentine’s Day is sort of structured around couples and leaves anyone single out. If you happen to be single, then why not go to the movies with your bros? “Deadpool” is out, so instead of seeing red as “lovey dovey” why not see a lunatic run around in a red suit and kick some? You get the point.

If movies aren’t your thing, then why not go out for some exercise like a hike, jog, ride a bike in the city or in dirt trails? Either way, don’t sit at home and mope about not having someone to spend Valentine’s Day with; go out and do something.

I myself won’t be with someone else this Valentine’s Day, but it doesn’t mean that I’m going to be glum all day. No. I’m going to get on my bike and just start pedaling. I have no idea where I’m going to end up but that’s the beauty of it; I have almost complete freedom, I say almost because I still have to obey traffic laws and be safe. Even though I don’t have that “special someone” to spend Valentine’s Day with, I can always enjoy myself with the thing I love the most, my bike.

Valentine’s Day is a day to show love right? So show some love to yourself! Go out and do something this Valentine’s Day, anything that makes you happy!
