Senior Ali McCollum from Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy has been committed to play volleyball at Hawaii Pacific University since the end of junior year.

“Having to choose a college is hard I’m sure, but the recruiting process is pretty stressful so I know I did put my time in when it comes to the ‘college stress,’ ” said McCollum on being committed to a university before any of her other classmates.

McCollum plans to major in hospitality and is unsure about whether or not she wants to play volleyball after college.
