“The elevator to success is out of order. You’ll have to use the stairs… one step at a time,” by Joe Girard.

This quote is meaningful because we can’t use a fast way to be someone in life, but instead take your time to reach your goals. This makes life easier for me because it has helped me learn how to follow my dreams one step at a time.

When I first read this quote in middle school, it didn’t make sense to me. Now that I’m older, I’m beginning to understand the meaning of this quote. Even though dreams may be hard to reach, I have to try not to take the easy way out and not to quit.
