Carlos Flores is a resident of California, he came to this country five years ago. He is originally from Puebla, Mexico. Flores lived there for 11 years and attended elementary school for six years. At the age of 12, he moved to the United Sates. He is currently a senior at East Los Angeles Renaissance Academy, one of the schools on the Torres campus.

Flores is a person who likes sports, but he has a great passion for a specific one, which is soccer. He played at Belvedere Park for a team called Chelsea. His favorite soccer player is Ronaldinho, a player that now is already old, but when he was young, he used to do incredible things with a ball. He once was the best player of the planet.

Flores’ favorite soccer positions are right defense and left wing/forward, but most of the time he plays right defender, but he likes to play right forward because of his idol Ronaldinho, he inspired him to play that position. Flores has also played soccer for the school’s team since freshman year. His dream is to become a professional soccer player and play for teams such as Toluca and FC Barcelona.

Other hobbies Flores has are playing video games, visiting new places and spending time with friends and family. He is a very adventurous guy, he likes to explore and visit new places. He enjoys spending time with friends and family because they are important in his everyday life.

Another thing that Flores enjoys to do is watch documentaries about nature and other cultures. He is always been interested in other cultures and their history.

After high school he plans on attending East Los Angeles College for two years and then transfer to a four-year university. His goal is to become a sports reporter or a Spanish teacher.

He would like to be a sports reporter because he loves soccer and if he eventually become a sports reporter for a major television network he will have the opportunity to report on huge events such as the FIFA World Cup.

The reason why he would like to be a Spanish teacher is to teach students this incredible language.
