Can you get a mental health “Bingo!” during the spring semester? I bet you can! 

During this time of the year, it often feels like we’re too busy to prioritize anything except for school and other commitments that weigh us down. We’re always saying we’ll take better care of ourselves, but how often do we check in with our mental health? 

The Balance app (centered around meditation) does monthly Wellness Bingos: after trying some of them out, I wanted to create one of my own to share with you! No matter where you are in terms of self-care, I hope that these activities add a little bit of love to your routine. Thanks for reading!
